The 5th Lausanne Researchers' Conference will be held at the Geelong Conference Centre, near Melbourne, Australia. The conference will run from Tuesday evening 8th April to Saturday morning 12th April 2008. Aims of the conference are:
network with other researchers
share ideas with people doing similar work
sharpen your skills and insight
present a paper on your own work
be a founder member of the Lausanne Researchers Network
If you are working in research for a church or mission organisation, or a Christian involved in social or academic research, or a young researcher wanting to learning about research, this conference is for you.
The conference will take place at the Geelong Conference Centre, 1.5 hours from Melbourne Airport. It is a beautiful setting, just 5 minutes walk from the sea and set in the Geelong Botannical Gardens.
Occupancy is in single rooms each with its own shower and toilet. The registration cost covers all meals.
