The CRA undertook a survey of Anglican clergy in Australia (all women and a sample of about one third of men). The survey explored experiences of processes and conditions of appointment. In particular, it examined whether the experiences of female and male clergy were significantly different. The study has been published by the General Synod of the Anglican Church in a book entitled Working in the Anglican Church: Experiences of Female and Male Clergy
