Shipping

We ship our products as soon as we are able. However, all our staff work part-time and sometimes research projects take us away from the office for periods of time. Shipping will usually occur within 7 days of your order, but occasionally can take up to 14 days.

If you are ordering products to be posted overseas, this must be done through the 'Overseas Products' section of the website. Then the appropriate shipping costs for airmail shipping will be added to the cost of the product. If a product is ordered from the 'Within Australia' lists, then we will not be able to ship if overseas. The money paid will be refunded. This does not apply, of course, with downloads, subscriptions and conference fees. The costs of these are identical for local and overseas people as there are no shipping costs.

Returns

If you wish to return an item that did not meet your expectations, we will refund the cost of the item. However, we will not refund the original cost of postage or the return postage.
